Rob Novack has over twenty-five-years of entrepreneurial business and consulting experience including ten years as COO for a market-leading regional distribution company. He brings advanced communication, analytical, and listening skills to clients who rely on his ability to see opportunity, problem solve, and lead change.
He founded CSG in 2007, a consulting practice dedicated to helping clients reach their strategic vision. His areas of focus include leadership, individual and group dynamics, executive coaching, management issues, crisis issues, and strategy development.
Rob has a B.A. in English literature with an emphasis on writing. He credits a track of critical analysis theory and analysis of literature as key to the foundation of his business philosophy.
Rob lives with his wife Caroline, sons Jake, and Casey and German Shepherd Molly in Sherman Oaks, CA. He is the former President of The Children’s Nature Institute and supports social causes including homelessness and literacy. His interests include family time, travel, backpacking, and golf.
